Hi everyone!

I have been off the grid for a while so thought I had better jump on to let you know what’s going on.

We moved into our dream house a month ago - only 4 miles from our old house - however, the new house doesn’t have a studio space at the moment.

So I am taking some time away from weddings, events and bouquets whilst we settle in, decorate and get sorted. I can then decide how to proceed.

I do have some amazing raised planters, a gorgeous greenhouse and cold frame here so am considering growing in the future….watch this space!!

For now, I am freelancing for other florists, helping on weddings and events so I can still fill my soul with the pleasure that flowers bring, so please do get in touch if you need an experienced freelancer!

With more hot days ahead please let me know if your dog needs to have a shorter haircut to help keep them cool or a good deshed and bath to make them feel comfortable

Is it too early for the “C”word??? 😬 Well as I have started to get enquiries, I thought I’d do a little post to let you know what the plan is for this year’s festivities….. We are offering bespoke private workshops at our studio in Laughton near Lewes for groups of 6-10. Our Luxury Christmas Wreath workshops are extremely popular. You will make your wreath on a copper frame with moss, fresh scented pine, eucalyptus and foliage then decorate with fresh wax flower, thistles and more. You can then decorate your wreath from a huge array of traditional and luxury decorations and finish off with a beautiful ribbon. On the Luxury Christmas centrepiece workshop you will use the same beautiful fresh foliage and winter flowers such as deep burgundy hydrangeas. Wax flower and thistles and again some festive decor such as pine cones and cinnamon etc. This also includes a glass hurricane lamp and candle. These are extremely long lasting and even look beautiful once dried and are a great option for your festive table over Christmas and New Year. Both workshops include Prosecco, tea, coffee and a selection of festive nibbles. Great for groups of friends or family. Please get in touch to enquire or book.
