Space Race vs. Food Truck Race! 🚀🍔

While some nations are shooting for the stars, we’re conquering a different frontier: converting an HB510 into a mobile Texas-style BBQ joint! 🤠

Today, we finished cladding the beast and are currently plotting the perfect positions for the table legs.

Next week, we’ll be tackling PVC cladding, installing the table legs, and finally fitting worktops.

With our commercial smoker arriving this week, we’re one step closer to bringing the taste of Texas to Littlehampton!

The Hunt is ON (Soon!) 🕵️‍♂️

Get ready, Littlehampton! Our HB510 food truck is almost ready to roll, and to celebrate, we’re launching a mouth watering food hunt!

We’ll be hiding 3D-printed QR codes throughout the town. 🗺️ Each code unlocks a delicious surprise – from a juicy smash burger to a mouthwatering pulled pork bap, nacho bags or even a whole rack of ribs!

Stay tuned for the first clues, including videos and photos to help you on your quest but before we do!

We’ve chosen a stunning metallic copper paint for the interior of our HB510.

It’s deep, rich, and like our smoked meat, it has a mesmerizing shimmer.

We can’t wait to see how it transforms the space.
