Today we experimented with a new flavour 😋.
Beef chilli,slow braised brisket topped with a 3 cheese blend and ancho chillies. An absolute winner 🥇.
These will be on the menu in Kirkby next week

So as a lot of you know already we have had a good shot at major festivals this year , absolutely smashing its head in with some major queues and belter feedback along the way 🫶🏻🥧🚛👌. Next year we want to be bigger and better than ever and this is our new concept , yes sausage and mash has been around for years , but we are bringing different flavours , different sides , with of course our belter gravy . Follow our journey guys as we are just at the beginning 👌🤗🤪😜🥰
