Today we had a good cook off pretty much finalising our menu, after a good few weeks of discussions , testing, tasting, trialing different pastries, toppings, sides etc☺️

The results were unreal with our pies tasting completely unique to anything else out there🥧🔥👊.

My faves , the cottage was absolutely sick , with not just Minced beef but Chuck too , topped with a belter cheesey mash 🐄 🧀 🥔

The showstopper tho 😮, Slow cooked Brisket 🥩 , gherkin 🥒 , Jalapeño 🌶️ and blue cheese 🧀 , an absolute winner , we cannot wait for people to try these belters 🥧 🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧

We’re so excited to finally share our pie adventure with you all! 🚐✨ We’re two chefs with a passion for creating something truly unique, and after months of talking, planning, and plenty of taste-testing, The Lids & Co is ready to roll!
Ste’s the business brains behind the scenes—always full of out-of-the-box ideas that keep us on our toes in the business. 🧠 He’s the reason our little van will be more than just another food truck; it will be a whole experience!
And then there’s me, Daniel—bringing a creative flair and passion to every pie we make. From flavour combos you’ve never dreamed of to the classics done right, I’m all about making each bite memorable. You’ll probably catch me as the face of our socials, dancing my way through our latest creations. 🕺My motto? Next stop: FlavourTown! 🔥
