As I am a small business I ask for a 50% deposit (full payment is even better as it’s less to keep track of but I understand this isn’t always possible), this deposit ensures I have the stock needed to complete your order. Full payment is due before collection or delivery. Delivery is free from my home in L19 and I
offer free local delivery, delivery costs are based on your postcode and take into consideration fuel and time. When enquiring please include:
- Date order is required so I can check availability (don’t forget you need them the day before if needed for a birthday morning
- What balloons you want... if you know exactly what you want great! If not their are a huge range of balloons and designs out there, if you have no idea of what you want please give an occasion, theme, recipients interests or/and budget and we can come up with the perfect design together
- If you wish to collect (from L19) or if you prefer delivery please include delivery postcode so I can let you know how much the delivery charge is
I aim to answer all messages within 24 hours (if your message shows as read it doesn’t necessarily mean I have read it, I just may need to come back to it, all messages get a reply)
No order is secure without a deposit, if you order something quite bespoke which requires ordering certain stock and pay a few days before you need the order, chances are I probably won’t be able to do it (as much as I’d like to) so please keep this in mind as I would HATE to let anyone down.
