Booking your balloons 🎈

If you’re wanting to book in for your upcoming avent or even just curious how the ordering process goes keep reading.

You can drop me a message anytime day or night. I can’t promise I’ll be there right away if it’s 3am but I will definitely reply as soon as I possibly can.

If you have an idea of what you want send as many pictures as you like it’s really helps when creating your design.

If you don’t have pictures no problem. Tell me what your vision is and let’s get to work.

Once we have come up with your master piece, I will write up your invoice and forward it to you via email. This will then be confirmed with your agreed deposit.

After confirmation is made given there is enough time, requests to make changes are welcome and I will do my very best to accommodate you given there is enough time to fulfill your desired look.

Please note if your event falls on a Friday but you need to collect the night before, please state Thursday as collection date.

Last minute ordered can be fulfilled however. This process may change slightly.

Last night I did my first ever moon gate installation!!
