Help find William a permanent home ❤️

We have found a home for William

Hello folks, we have a wee lad, William, a wee lad that was being looked after as a stray by the wonderful staff at Williamsons Garden Centre in Uphall, (they were very good to him by the way!), and we've now taken him into our care. He was at sometime, someone's pet, clearly, but he has lived so long as a stray, that he can't go back to being a domestic cat, trust us, we've tried, and all he does is shake with fear when he is in a house, so we've decided, now that he has been neutered, chipped, vaccinated etc., (FIV and FeLV blood tested, all negative), that he would live his best life as a wee cat who would earn his keep as a working cat in maybe a stables or small-holding. When at the garden centre, he would come when he was called, but he never came closer than six-eight feet, probably lost trust in humans and we'd like to find him that perfect home that is out there somewhere. If you feel that you could give him that home, please, please call us on (01506) 298107, and again, a great big thank you to Williamsons for caring so much for this wee man. P.S. He has an ever so slight turn in his eye that makes him so cute; vet says his eyesight is not affected though!!! Thanks everyone! David

Williamson’s My Florist started from a flower shop in Edinburgh and more than 80 years on, is now the longest established independent retail florist in Scotland and the UK.
