Stay safe in London this Christmas. The Capital has become a hotspot for the Omicron variant and is on the increase. We made the decision on the 6th November to suspend all cruises until Spring 2022. A reminder that the Louise Mehan Soul Cruise that was due to take place on Sunday 28th November at 1pm from Festival Pier has been cancelled. Customers were notified and refunded on the 5th November.

A reminder that the Gary Barlow/Take That tribute cruise that was due to take place on Friday 26th November at Festival Pier has been suspended until June 2022, everyone had been notified on the 5th November and refunded.

We are looking forward to welcoming you onboard the MV Jewel of London this Friday for our George Michael tribute cruise departing from Festival Pier. For those who have bought tickets you should have received a welcome email, please read this carefully. This is a reminder to arrive at Festival Pier at 7.15pm so we can start checking you in. Boarding will be at 7.45pm and the vessel will depart at 8pm promptly. If you miss the boat the Captain will not go back for you and no refunds will be given so please arrive in good time. Following the announcement by the UK Government on the 19th July we confirm there will be no restrictions in place on board the MV Jewel of London for the 27th August and 25th September events. This will be reviewed again for our October and November events. However please note that if you are travelling to Festival Pier using public transport some restrictions such as wearing face coverings are still in place, for example on Tfl trains and buses. To ease us back into normality the vessel will be at two thirds capacity on the 27th August so you will have plenty of room to move around and it will be well ventilated. Weather permitting the roof will be removed so we can travel open top. If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of Covid please stay at home as you will not be permitted to board the vessel.
