It's Trans Awareness Week this week, so we thought we'd start the week with a reminder not to assume anyone's gender, pronouns (or sexuality).
Politely asking for someone's pronouns when you're unsure, and making an effort to use gender neutral and inclusive language can go a long way!
We're proud to have a community that includes lots of trans and gender diverse folk - both on our staff/performers and guests at the club!
If anyone does make derogatory or discriminatory comments based on your gender, our staff are trained to deal with these situations and will be happy to help if you speak to one of us

Whether your new to the scene or you're a seasoned TG attendee, it's worth watching again to give yourselves a refresher!
If you have any issues on the night, or if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable) please let us know on the night by either reporting to TG staff (in the red sashes), or venue security. All reports of unsafe behaviour will be believed and listened to, and our staff are trained to deal with a number of situations in a way that doesn't have to ruin your experience.

If anyone is behaving in a pushy manner towards you, they're behaving in a predatory manner to you or other guests, or they make comments that make you feel uncomfortable please let us know as our staff are trained to deal with this.
