Lucca is an idyllic weekend getaway that feels like stepping into a storybook. Admittedly I didn’t get much time to explore the food scene as I was completely captivated by the heavenly architecture, countless enchanting churches, and winding streets brimming with charm and history.
The highlight of my trip? The recitals at Oratorio di San Giuseppe, where Puccini’s operas come to life in his hometown. Performed in an intimate, stunning setting with unbelievable acoustics. A truly remarkable experience.
