- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Medium Onions - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves, Pandan Leaves (Rampa)
- Green Chillies - 4
- Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Crushed Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Carrots - 200g
- Beans - 100g
- Bell Pepper - 100g
- Curry Chilli Pepper - 100g
- Medium Tomato - 1
- Leeks - 50g
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Sweet Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce/ Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Leftover Mutton Gravy - 1 cup
- Mutton Pieces - 1 cup
For Egg scramble:
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Eggs - 4
- Pinch of Salt
