💫 A real showstopper, this honey cake will cause a stir at any party with its beautifully sweet soft biscuit and luxurious cream layers! Make it a round shape with 8 layers if its for a birthday or wedding occasion. Or if you want to show off 😉😃
I made mine with 4 layers, perfect for serving it as a canapé. Drizzle with organic honey and top it up with crunchy walnuts if you like. 💫

Hey guys! It’s been awhile😊
I’m please to share, (after a long wait) that finally, we’ve had food health and safety inspection for our catering business. And guess what? We’ve got the HIGHEST RATING 5 🙌🔝🌺
For that occasion, I’m gonna treat you with the recipe for Trileche 🍰It is a very milky cake that has three types of milk in it(hence the name three leche) and it just melts in your mouth😉
Here it is: ⬇️
Ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
❇️ 6 eggs
❇️150g +150g sugar
❇️300g flour
❇️2 vanilla sugar sachets
❇️1 baking powder sachet (about 7g)
For the milky mix:
❇️1 litre full fat milk
❇️500g sweet double cream
❇️300g condensed milk
For the topping:
300-500g caramel topping ( you can buy it ready made or make it yourself)
Method:
Divide yolks from whites in two big bowl. Add 150g sugar in each. Add the vanillas, one in each bowl. Mix the whites until its firm. Mix the yolks separately until the sugar is melted. Use electric mixer for this part. Combine both mixes together with wooden spatula and add 300 g flour. Mix until combined and smooth. Place baking parchment in a tray (like the one in pictures) and pour the batter.
Bake on 200 degrees C for 10 min then reduce to 170 degrees C for another 20 min. Take it out of the baking tray and Leve it to cool.
In a meanwhile, preparar the milky mix. Combine all three milks, mix with spoon.
Make many holes in the sponge cake with cocktail sticks. Pour some of the milky mix in the baking tray, place the sponge cake in and pour the rest of the milky mix on top of the cake.
Wait until the cake is soaked in the milk. Then pour the caramel on top and spread evenly.
For the best taste, leave it overnight in the fridge until it fully soak the milk.

💫✨Whip up this easy pumpkin soup as a starter for a dinner party or a light supper when you need a bit of comfort💫✨😉

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, finely chopped
1kg pumpkin or squash; peeled, deseeded and chopped into chunks
700ml vegetable stock or chicken stock
150ml double cream

METHOD:
STEP 1
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan, then gently cook 2 finely chopped onions for 5 mins, until soft but not coloured.
STEP 2
Add 1kg pumpkin or squash, cut into chunks, to the pan, then carry on cooking for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally until it starts to soften and turn golden.
STEP 3
Pour 700ml vegetable or chicken stock into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until the squash is very soft.
STEP 4
Pour 150ml double cream into the pan, bring back to the boil, then purée with a hand blender. For an extra-velvety consistency you can pour the soup through a fine sieve. The soup can now be frozen for up to 2 months.
Drizzle olive oil when you serve and add pumpkin seeds if you like!

Hey folks 👋🏻I would like to introduce Pinjur to your dishes and to my menu as well😉 I’ve spent the last week back home, in Macedonia 🇲🇰This time of the year, Macedonians preserve many vegetables for the upcoming winter. Pinjur is one of them. You can use it as a dip, spread on a bread or as a salad. It tastes amazing every time 😉
I used it as a dip for
Here is the recipe:
❇️7kg red pepper, roasted, peeled and cut in small pieces
❇️5kg red tomato, peeled and cut into small pieces
❇️1,5 litre cooking oil
❇️125g sugar
❇️1 whole clove garlic, peeled and crushed
❇️A handful of black peppercorns
❇️A handful of parsley
❇️A handful of sea salt
❇️100g white vinegar
Method:
In a big pan, place the peppers, tomato and the oil. Fry for at least hour, then add the salt, sugar, and the vinegar.
Continue frying for another half an hour. Remove from the heat, then add the garlic and the parsley.
While the Pinjur is still hot, pour it into jars.
Next time I’ll introduce Ajvar😉
