WEIRD SCIENCE, as well as being possibly the best 80's movie, is now the most excellent event in town, playing Electronic Music of the 1980's. With a monthly residency in Brixton (2nd Friday of every month @ Effra Social) and a few gigs and private parties here and there, we are gearing up to take on every borough in London. 💥 FRIDAY - OXFORD! 🎉

We’re returning to the for another 80’s/90’s party!! Our first visit last year was so much fun, we’ve been invited back for a few more. This Friday happens to be some kind of Winter edition, maybe we should’ve planned it out like this (🤔😆), so expect a couple dark Synth Goth numbers to start with. Then we’re onto the slightly left-field electronic hits you might not know but can’t resist, followed by the final power-hour of the best known hits of this era of fantastic music!! Maybe a little Rave in the final moments, which seems to have become a staple part of our sets over the last year… 👾🕺🤖

It’s in a brewery (who organised this!? 🤪🫠), a brewery that makes exceptional beer and has a beautifully ethical business model that helps people in tricky circumstances. So you’ll be drinking and dancing for a good cause!! 🍻 💃

Get in early doors on Friday to secure a spot to throw your handbags and coats on, stretch off them rusty old joints and get busy dancing the night away

After a successful pilot gig in November, we’ve been invited back to be residents for 2023 at / 🥰

We’re returning on Friday 3rd February to spin electronic party hits of the 80’s and 90’s! 💃🕺

There will also be visuals and some arcade games to play! 👾📽
