Our Story
Sissi Fabulous Food is run by mother and son team Sissi & Gregory Schaad-Jackson. Both have a truly cosmopolitan background, having travelled to over 40 countries collecting the authentic recipes that provide the inspiration for their menus. Sissi has a flair for beautiful presentation and a reputation for faultless service, developed while catering high society events over many years. Gregory is continuing the family tradition and is now Executive Head Chef, having trained under Marcus Wareing at the Savoy Grill in London and Gordon Ramsay in New York. He is regularly in demand as a Food and Beverage consultant by a number of global hotel and restaurant chains, and has also appeared as the resident chef on Swiss cooking television show "Al Dente" since 2013.
