Happy Heavenly 90th Birthday Elvis! ❤️🔥🙏 Such an amazing, gifted and talented man 🎶

I was brought up hearing alot of Elvis at home as a child. This music and his movies inspired me massively growing up wanting to be a Singer and Entertainer,

Even to today, I listen to him regularly and perform a good few of his songs.
I never tire of his music and hearing how incredibly versatile he was especially around that particular time in history, 50s/60s time 🎵 he was a real and rare pioneer, and way ahead of his time

Elvis you were Absolutely class and im sure your Legacy will live on forever ✨️🙏
Thank you for paving the way in so many ways 😍 you truly had it all and even better, you lived with a kind and generous spirit and helped others with your good fortune 🙏 God bless always xx

My top tips:

Life starts outside your comfort zone. Practice becoming uncomfortable until it feels comfortable.

Believe in yourself and your abilities and take massive ACTION as this will also help you build more confidence and high self esteem.

Work Harder on YOURSELF than you do on your J.O.B (Just Over Broke) 🙏 A job will pay you a living, working on yourself can earn you a Fortune 💯
(Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially)

And REMEMBER You can't pour out from an empty cup...
Fill up your cup so you can give from your overflow ✨️

Live everyday with a grateful heart ❤️🙏 Count your blessings...

December is always a very busy time for me as a Singer 👩‍🎤 its been so much fun with all the parties! I am grateful for what i get to do 🥳 I'm looking forward to some lovely quality family time together over Christmas and also some rest 💕😊

I haven't actually been gym for 2 months due to my busy schedule. Thankfully I have an active job as a performer so can do what i love best with singing and dancing, which also keeps me fit and high on life 💃🏽 especially loving my Whitney Tribute shows and it's a whole new level of endurance 😉🎵🤟

I feel amazing and honestly like im 20 years old! Not 40! lol
I am forever grateful for the products and the incredible leadership the company encompasses and demonstrates. It's also a social life for me which is much needed when you are often travelling alone as a solo artist.
I will always sing it from the rooftops and from my heart 🙏❤️💚

I may be busy with all my entertainment projects but I will always try to help others with their health goals where I can as this is fundermental to leading a 'on purpose' and empowered life. Invest in your health, this is my best advice ✨️ it all starts with us and making small daily decisions 👌

Heartbreaking news about Liam 💔😰

Another beautiful soul taken too soon. Yes the industry does have to play their part and support young artists and the pressures they face

I feel so sad for his family especially Cheryl and his young son 😢

Drink and Drugs is always going to be a recipe for self destruction and vulnerability. Especially if you are often a empath or battle with your mental health. None of us are immune to mental health issues however once you surrender to these dangerous vices there's usually a negative outcome directly or indirectly. It affects people with or without fame and fortune, you just hear about it because they are in the public eye.
We all have our own minds and choices to make in life however environmental factors can play a major part. We become the average of the 5 people we are most around...🤯

My mum battled her mental health 25 years and the lethal cocktail of prescription drugs eventually led to her ending her life.
This was a life long lesson to stay away from prescription/ narcotics/ substances as much as I possibly can for as long as I can.
Therapy and mental health coaching is always a very good option to have a professional ear and deal with often our past traumas which we play out into adulthood.

Don't get me wrong medication has its place and helps save and sustain peoples lives however I choose (daily) to live as fit, healthy and holistic as possible and to be a happy and strong example to my children 🙏
