We are working hard behind the scenes on this year's Fest of Chihuahuas - Beach Summer Party.
Did you know we've been throwing these festivals since 2016 - we were the first to ever throw an event exclusively for chihuahuas and their lovers and we've been doing it ever since.
We love the community we've built - lots of you have been a part of this journey since day one and others joined along the way.
Every one of you counts and we're grateful to be able to do what we do!

You asked for us to put on another event, we delivered and you then responded in the best possible way!
It's set to be a brilliant day out and we're working hard behind the scenes to secure our signature top entertainment, lots of gorgeous food and drink, some of the UK's leading canine couture, accessories and stalls, the best party vibes and - of course - our much loved Chi Idol fun dog show with huge luxury rosettes and prizes to be won.

SO we’re here at the venue planning out the staging for our chihuahua Halloween party happening this Sunday.
We’re SO excited to get together with some of our community friends again and have some spooky fun!
Dress up in full Halloween, a hint of Halloween, come as you are in your normal clothes and bring whatever you feel appropriate for your dog!
There’s no pressure either way, we’re here to enjoy the day.

Who believes in angels? 😇 💫
On set the other day we took a shot right next to Lola’s tree. The humans had just been speaking about how much they missed missed our little dachshund friend left this world a few years ago at the grand old age of 16!) and then this bright light 💡 engulfed us all.
We’re sure it was a little reminder that our loved ones are always watching, guiding us through the dark and into the light.

POST SURGERY UPDATE from LUCKY’s Mum Isa :
So, little Lucky just had his 5 months post-op check. Our lovely vet Dr.Allison did the haematology blood tests and made a delightful cheer when listening to his steady clear heartbeat after seeing Lucky so alert and perky.
I’m thrilled to share that Lucky has been going from strength to strength and remained off all the the heart medication since he had surgery.
The vets in Japan have double checked his echocardiograms and confirmed the scans show the same excellent results as when discharged - his heart is of a normal size and there is no regurgitation present! This is amazing news and means he has stayed healed and well!
The last thing to keep an eye on is Lucky’s liver and kidney values as they were raised prior to surgery and they are still slightly high. Possibly due to the side effects of the heavy doses of heart medication he previously needed.
We are hoping that with the help of holistic treatment and supplements this will adjust with time - We will keep you updated!
Lucky is currently allowed 30 min per walk on lead only, this time will increase after his six month checkup - YAY!!
He is feeling fantastic since his life saving surgery and is now able to fully enjoy life again, able to strut his stuff and mingle with humans and doggie friends just in time for sunshine and spring!🍃☀️
I’m still pinching myself from the whole experience to make sure this is real.
Thank you to everyone for all your support, it lifted our spirits so much and we can’t wait to see lots of you at Fest of Chihuahuas! ❤️

WHERE IS LUCKY HIDING.....? 🇯🇵 A sneaky peak of our cosy Tokyo apartment. Our last day here in Japan, getting ready and prepared for tomorrows long 24 hour journey back to the UK.. x
SURGERY UPDATE from Lucky’s Mama Isa:🇯🇵 The first video of little boy devouring a proper meal. Lucky is still in the ICU unit under careful supervision after his heart surgery.
It’s been a tough few days and nights waiting for Lucky’s whole system to balance out and for him to get back on his feet. With all the ups and downs of this recovery process little Superman is fighting through and is finally on the road to recovery.
I can not thank the Jasmin Clinic team enough for being on top of things providing the best medical care and expertise looking after both me and my little boy so well with updates, and continued excellent medical care.
Since this horrible terminal diagnosis I have been guided by Lucky; his desire to fight and his determination to live.
For such a small guy (don’t tell him I said that!) he has an almighty Will - the heart and roar of a lion. ❤️🔥

It's that time of the week... Time for a bath! Some of us love getting in the bath and annoying our humans by shaking all the water up the walls... Some of us HATE going anywhere near the bath and cannot wait to get out! 🐾❤️🛁

The good news is that Lucky is recovering well after his critical emergency stay at the hospital .
It really is a blessing that he is a little fighter💫
We monitor him carefully and take each day as it comes.
Keeping Lucky steady prior his life saving surgery, and raising the funds is our main focus 🤍
