FREE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PROGRAMME ‼️
Not long to go now until we start our work in partnership with Newham Council, The Education People and Newham Children and Young People again for Christmas to deliver the HAF (Holiday Activity and Food)

The programmes will be run at Methodist Church in Stratford from Monday 20th December till Thursday 23rd December & 27th-30th,

The Department for Education in partnership with Newham Council.

Eligibility Criteria:
To enter the programme, attendees MUST be:
- Eligible for free school meals
- Aged between 5 -11 years-old
- Reside in Newham
Children will attend every day once signed up to the programme!
We now only have limited spaces available as they have filled fast, families signing up will be put on a first come first serve basis with a waiting list put together for those that aren’t able to gain a place straight away. 4 million people in London experience food insecurity every year, with that number growing due to impact of covid-19. The coronavirus outbreak has made it much more difficult for many Londoners to financially or physically access food. This includes thousands of Londoners on no or low incomes, including many older people, those with disabilities, rough sleepers and asylum seekers and migrants with No Recourse to Public Funds.
The emergency food aid sector, including spheresupport food bank, are struggling to cope amidst a fall in donations, insufficient supplies from supermarkets and a lack of volunteers.
If you are fortunate enough to comfortably feed your family without support , and can spare few pounds to help another family - please get involved :
📍drop of food and household necessities at Methodist Church and Community Center, Bryant Street E15 4RU London
📍order some items from our Shopping List and have them delievered to our location (same as above)
📍 donate money to our GofundMe , so we can buy essentials to support struggling members of our local community : gf.me/u/zaxrsb
