🎨Dessert & Art -

👉🏻When we are creating a new dessert we don’t just think about its texture, flavour, and sweetness. It is equally as important for us to think about colour, shape; its impact on the plate, not just on the palate.

👩🏻‍🍳 Do we think cooking is a skill? Yes, we definitely do!

👌🏼But alongside being a skill, it takes viewing cooking as an art to be able to truly master the craft.

Tarte aux Sicilian citron, flamed Italian meringue, sharp raspberry puree and an edible flower
