📮✨ Delivering a Storybook Experience at The Postal Museum ✨📮
We were incredibly proud to bring The Jolly Postman to life for a 200-guest stakeholder event at The Postal Museum.
From the very first concept sketch to the final dessert display, every detail was designed to immerse guests in the beloved story. Our team transformed the venue into a journey of special deliveries, with waiters dressed as postmen, story-led food presentations served in envelopes and greaseproof paper, and interactive food stations inspired by the characters and locations from the book.

📬 Little Red Riding Hood-inspired brioche sandwiches

Creating memorable events is all about storytelling, and this project allowed us to combine creativity, hospitality and theatre into one unforgettable experience.

At Easy Gourmet, we are excited to be the first caterers in the UK to use Chexology.

Gone are the days of holding onto a small piece of paper to claim valuable luggage and coats; now the customer is their claim ticket.

This paperless system means we can operate cloakroom facilities faster than before and is a key stepping stone on our journey towards increased sustainability.

We’re excited to share that Easy Gourmet has been appointed as an accredited catering partner for The Postal Museum, one of London’s most distinctive and experience-led event destinations!

The Postal Museum’s rich industrial heritage makes it unlike any other venue in the city. With immersive exhibition spaces and an iconic underground Mail Rail experience, it is an event space that tells a story. This sense of storytelling and atmosphere is exactly what drew us to this partnership.

This space is ideal for private functions, brand launches, dinner events, exhibitions, media events, and so much more.

As an accredited partner, the Easy Gourmet team will provide amazing food and full event support, working closely with the venue team to ensure each event runs seamlessly while respecting the museum’s heritage and operational requirements.

Veterans Aid, thank you so much for your kind words! It was an absolute pleasure for the Easy Gourmet team to be part of such a beautiful and festive Carol Service. We loved bringing a little seasonal cheer with mulled wine and mince pies, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the occasion.
Easy Gourmet is also proud to support Veteran Aid, a fantastic charity dedicated to helping former servicemen and women in crisis by providing immediate practical support and long-term solutions.
Special thanks to Sjt Mike Devine and Tpr Julian Bickerton for adding such elegance and tradition to the event in full ceremonial dress—it truly made the evening unforgettable.
