🎨Dessert & Art -

👉🏻When we are creating a new dessert we don’t just think about its texture, flavour, and sweetness. It is equally as important for us to think about colour, shape; its impact on the plate, not just on the palate.

👩🏻‍🍳 Do we think cooking is a skill? Yes, we definitely do!

👌🏼But alongside being a skill, it takes viewing cooking as an art to be able to truly master the craft.

At last night’s dinner -
Tarte aux Sicilian citron, flamed Italian meringue, sharp raspberry puree and an edible flower

Corporate dinner with 50 guests

Drink reception followed by a seated 3-course meal

Sweet tooth …. Our end of dinner farandole of mini desserts will satisfy all your guests and they can have more than one !!! Very happy guests last week … ‘Marie thank for you for the mini dessert recommendation, everyone keeps raving about it from our dinner last week. Thank you to the waiting staff and chef team who made our Christmas party so special! And gosh those cocktails were fabulous !!!

It was a pleasure to cater at .uk , an all day event, we went from breakfast in the morning to evening canapés with a lunch buffet in the middle (but some of pictures we will post later for as we were almost out of space in the carrousel here! 😜)
