Team spirit was high at BASEM 2024 at the CBS Arena, Coventry. Another medical conference for Pemberley, our second year managing the annual meeting of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine. 3 conference streams, 30 exhibitors, ultrasound workshops, an awards dinner and a casino night. Long days, minimal sleep but still good fun. 💪🏼😀

Mixed work and pleasure with a wedding for one of their own. Georgie’s Wiltshire wedding was blessed with sunshine, superb food, fine wine, fabulous company - oh, and of course exemplary event management! Karen Thomas, party planner extraordinaire. 😊❤️🥂👏🏻

Thank you to all the suppliers in the Devizes area and beyond. Special thanks must go to Lincoln, Tracy and Alan for feeding and hosting us in such style at a magnificent venue; to for capturing the joy of the day just so brilliantly, and to Mr GJ-DJ for a truly epic night on the dance floor! 💃🕺

Georgie and Swathee paid a visit to The Royal College of Physicians this morning. Not only is a super event venue, it’s especially appropriate for medically focused conferences - a number of which feature in Pemberley’s annual event portfolio.

Did you know that the RCP is also a working museum and that you can do a tour of their Medicinal Garden to learn the origins of medicine? 🪴💊 Thank you Fairouz for showing us the space and your flexibility.

Thanks also to Diana, the lovely passer by whom we accosted to get a decent photo of both of us! Turns out Diana was promoting an event called Set Free at for . One good turn deserves another, so anyone fancying a trip to the theatre this Sunday 23 June, check them out. 🩰

Pemberley’s Georgie Holmes is in Austria, supporting her other half Michael in the Ironman Austria.
An amazing achievement from all 3000 competitors, though is equally (if not more?😬) impressed with the superb event logistics. Kudos to the Ironman event team! 😆💪🏼
