Great to be back working with The Big Feastival again this year.

We’ve worked on many areas of the festival over the past few years, working on decorative features, installations, entrances and archways of all shapes and sizes.

Throwback to when our lighting technician doubled up as entertainment!

We were busy setting up for the private event when we heard this beautiful piano symphony. On closer inspection, it turned out to be our lighting technician from the lovely Reveries Events who was classically trained and couldn’t help himself but have a play!

At this event for , we took half a street which looked like a building site and transformed it into a city garden ready for their launch party.

We’re all back together again on the next leg of the AC/DC HIGH VOLTAGE Dive Bar set up in collaboration with Nibbs Events. This time a little nearer to home at the Vanguard, Stables Camden in London.

The doors to the fan zone open tomorrow. I will be there if anyone wants to pop by and say hi! (and get an AC/DC tattoo if you dare!!)

Attending the Seed Talk on her work made me realise how much of an influence this incredible woman had on my life. 💜

We’re off to Seville this week after a few action-packed few weeks in London and Germany working on our (not so secret now) mission… we’ve been overseeing the production, decor & design of the backstage “dive bar” fanzones of the European tour of a pretty big deal in the music industry… AC/DC 🎸🎸🎸

It’s been so exciting to be part of this, and all the team have loved working with the Nibbs Events team on this, it's been an absolute dream!!

If there is one thing we know at Partridge Events it is multi-media launches, with over 20 years’ experience working in cinemas, shopping centres and venues across London and the UK. From creative concepts through to transportation and logistics we know the drill.

Here’s an overview of some of our recent projects.

Next Goal Wins – UK Screening – Cineworld Leicester Square.
As with many Leicester Square projects, timings are very tight and this one was no exception. This is where thorough planning and local knowledge come into play. Having worked in most of Soho's venues over our 25+ year history, we know the pitfalls, shortcuts, rat runs and restrictions.
For this project we were asked to provide a modern locker room set for guests to interact with. Given only a two hour install window. Preparation was the key with prebuilt modular units, precision timing and most importantly the best crew on the planet.

Indiana Jones & Dial of Destiny – We fully believe the details matter- We were contacted to provide props for the Soccer Aid collaboration with the new Indy film. We created a series of branded crates as a final task for celebrities to unlock. Whilst a small project we were required to ensure the props met a strict brief to ensure the playability/brand promotion and overall safety of the celebrity contestants.

Echo – Disney+ - With more and more amazing content on streaming services we have noticed a trend for smaller scale screenings aimed towards fanbase and influencers, as to be scalable and measurable. We recently provided full technical production and styling for two events running simultaneously in London and Manchester. Faced with the usual event challenges- small staircases / no lifts, unreliable network connection (essential for a live stream) we overcome using the ever amazing The Gallowglass Group crew and testing the Starlink satellite internet service.
The brief was to make the loft style space cosier and more like a living room whilst catering for 15-20 guests over a series of four sessions during the day and into the evening and inclusion of an unintrusive professional theatre surround sound experience.

Theater Camp – To mark the UK released of Theater Camp we were asked to provide a photo experience for guests to the UK premier in London’s Soho. With just a few frames of film as a guide Partridge created a mock stage complete with theatre lighting, branded prop trunks, handmade velvet drapes and of course a microphone for guests to unleash their inner performer.

Chatting with the office team this week we’ve been summing up our best outdoor projects from 2023…Here are three of our favourites:
Rotunda Bar & Restaurant - our fabulous Mexican, themed Tulum Terrace, arrived in style into the heart of the Kings cross regeneration area. We created a stunning, free standing, heart shaped arch, dressed with natural organic materials and continued the build and styling throughout the terrace. The activation was installed for a six month period and built to with
stand the British outdoor elements.

Feastival – As part of the new Smokery field, Partridge Events provided a new highly visible Smoke shack entrance feature, plus decor for the Sundown Saloon stage and signage for the feast on the farm dining experience.

Shelterhall Brighton Seafront –Festive Alpine Huts – As part of our ongoing relationship with Sessions Market we worked with the inhouse delivery team to provide a series of relaxed outdoor seating areas for use over the festive period.
Working with our team of carpenters and specialist structural engineers we designed a series of durable structures capable of withstanding the coastal weather conditions. The installation was a great success.

“Having worked with Partridge Events since the opening of Shelterhall in 2021 we have added new features each year and soon we started to develop the idea for the Alpine terrace for 2023. Despite the geographical constraints the Partridge team delivered a stunning series of structures that worked perfectly with our Christmas program. The huts have surpassed our expectations and as such have decided to keep them for the Spring season” S Merriman – General Manager – Shelterhall Brighton.

Hello all, you may have seen our posts previously. We are helping to co ordinate the fInale show for www.batonofhopeuk.org (Su***de Prevention initiative) Brighton leg.

Whilst this is a charity gig the show has snowballed and needs a good SC to keep it on the rails, so can pay a fee, ideally this would be someone local to keep costs down. Food & expences also covered.

Hello lovely Brighton event peeps. As part of the Baton of Hope tour We are supporting the Evening of Hope at the Brighton dome on the 5th of July as the last part Brighton leg on day 11 of the national Tour. The tour is highlighting the biggest ever initiative around su***de prevention.
