Originally VLC aimed at promoting any charitable purposes for the benefits of refugees from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and their families. VLC is currently running different projects to serve a large Vietnamese community in Hackney Borough, London, but it is also open to Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian origin people and any other communities in the UK.
