Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Green Peace UK to provide a sustainable, fully bespoke and vegan menu for their workshops in London.
We designed a daily changing menu for both breakfast and lunch, inspired by cuisines from different parts of the world using local, seasonal ingredients and minimising the use of highly processed food. All dishes were cooked fresh in our unit, delivered and served in our partner venue Anomalous.
