I was invited to lead a wellbeing event at a special retreat held at the Otentic Eco Tent Experience Mauritius. In collaboration with Ling - the retreat organiser, soul coach and friend. The evening was a blend of art, meditation and movement. I love leading ❤️I don’t need to be afraid of it 😂

Reportage from a traditional mother and baby bathing ceremony. The Mauritian Hindu rituals took place first thing in the morning. Both mother and baby were cleansed physically and spiritually - bathing in 7 herbs, cleansed by smoke, the use of sound, song .

We came down to join a documentary being made at BD Vanilla Plantation. The first come commercial vanilla plantation in Mauritius.

Congratulations to everybody involved in the plantation , 6 years in. Total dedication goes into producing these grade a certified organic vanilla pods - the labour and process is almost unbelievable.
