This is Vivian, or "Viv" as we know her. Viv has been with Eden for 15 years, starting in 2010. She first managed our equipment division but gradually took on additional tasks, and now works with our dessert team to create all those delicious and sticky treats!
Viv is a wonderful person to work with, and no task is too difficult for her.

Did you know? Rhubarb is one of the seasonal ingredients that we use in our breakfast and cakes menu.
One of our primary goals is to always choose a variety of seasonal produce and use it in its natural state, free from unnecessary chemicals. This not only helps our local farms and the environment but also provides several health benefits:

While Rhubarb is usually used in sweet recipes due to its sour taste, it can also be used in savoury meals such as risotto, salads or even drinks. However, like everything else, moderation is key. Excessive intake may potentially have adverse effects.

Mall Galleries, an iconic central London venue, offers three unique spaces to hire for your next event. With its prime location, spacious size, adaptable layout, and unique features, it's ideal for a wide range of events, including evening receptions, award ceremonies, press launches, fashion shows, and special events.
🎉 The venue can accommodate up to 350 standing guests or 150 for round table seated dinners, making it an ideal setting for memorable events.

For years, we have used sustainable rapeseed oil (sourced from our friends at R-Oil in the Costwolds) as an alternative to Palm Oil. However, some of our outsourced ingredients still contained Palm Oil.
Thanks to the collaboration with 15 Hatfield’s (big shoutout to Warren Campbell & Joe Harris), we have initiated efforts to identify and eliminate Palm Oil-containing ingredients from our supply chain.
As a result, the following menu types will no longer use ingredients containing Palm Oil or its derivatives: sandwiches, cakes, salads, bowl meals, box meals, and drinks.
