Shout to the local suppliers! 🥔

Did anyone catch our locally grown crisp supplier, Fairfield’s Farm (based in Essex), on last week’s BBC Countryfile? If not, it’s definitely worth a watch!

The episode gives an in-depth look at the life of the Essex potato and its many varieties. It also showcases how Laura and Robert have transformed the business, evolving from three generations of potato farmers into producers of some of the best crisps in the UK — soon to be carbon neutral, too! These crisps are grown, fried in local rapeseed oil, and bagged just 66 miles from our kitchens in Waterloo.

A warm, nourishing and flavourful vegan lunch free of gluten and dairy ingredients.
Tender red lentil and spinach dhal with coriander and chilli for a little heat, topped with a coconut and ginger crust that melts in your mouth.

This is Vivian, or "Viv" as we know her. Viv has been with Eden for 15 years, starting in 2010. She first managed our equipment division but gradually took on additional tasks, and now works with our dessert team to create all those delicious and sticky treats!

Viv is a wonderful person to work with, and no task is too difficult for her.
Fun fact: Viv will always be the first one to dance at Eden's socials!
