Choose your venue carefully! There have been numerous studies around natural lighting in the workplace which suggest spaces with excellent natural lighting leads to less mistakes, higher productivity, less drowsiness, improved mood, reduction in reports of eye strain and fewer reports of headaches. The last thing you want for your event delegates is for them to have a snooze or get a headache. One study suggested that natural light leads to more engagement and collaboration - that you do want at your event!
