Zara White – Founder and Head Chef. Zara underwent extensive chef training in Silwood, Cape Town, South Africa in 2011, where she lived for three years. She returned to London and founded Zara's Kitchen in 2018 with the view to creating a catering company that honours both her farming background and passion for sustainable and seasonal produce, with her love for art, experiential dining and creativity.

Floribbean Canapés 🌅 Earlier this month we had the pleasure of catering for a Floribbean themed canapé event at our accredited venue

We worked with our client to create a bespoke menu, a fusion cuisine found in Florida with an emphasis on fresh regional ingredients and a complex medley of spices.
