Update photo of the jubilee hall,
Coming along nicely will be complete by the weekend ready for all the party bookings and Christmas parties!

Over the next 10 days we are happy to say the jubilee hall is being transformed.
The old red carpet is being removed to allow for a beautiful wooden floor. We hope this will refresh the hall and allow more uses such as dance classes and more children’s parties. We will add more photos as the works progress.

Great news for all our swim school parents who visit on a saturday! We have organised Beats & Grinds coffee van to be set up on Saturday mornings on the plaza just outside the leisure centre so parents can get a coffee while the children swim or on the way home.

Following our recent swim school survey we have put together some of the feedback and our response.

Attention Venue Owners, Wedding Planners, Brides, Parents with Warmer temps coming a few tips with regards to cakes!

1) Where possible have cakes delivered cold (they travel best cold) and gives then time to sit on a secure table for hours being presentable while coming to room temp.
2) Don’t have cakes outdoors as humidity levels can affect your cake as well. Not just temps!
3) Indoor venues with A/C please please please do NOT place cakes near doorways or unprotected windows or even high traffic areas
4)Please do not set the cake in a kitchen where cooking might be taking place or on any appliances for it to wait to be moved later it probably won’t end well!
5) Never leave cakes in your car or place them in your trunk or your car!
6) if your venue doesn’t have A/C try to keep them in the shade and in the coolest part of the room. If possible put a fan on in the area but don’t put it too close that it really blows on the cake!

A lot of time is put into cakes and should be treated with care and please remember they're covered in "Butter"cream & modeling"chocolate" or fondant at times all things that are temperature sensitive
Delivery times should be as close to presentation time as possible.
