Its so lovely to get such nice feedback we thought we would share:

The room layout was perfect for our birthday party, the configuration was flexible enough to account for last minute adjustments. The kitchen facilities were well organised and super clean, a caterer's dream! Our guests started to use the toilets in the hallway but were then surprised to realise that there was actually a dedicated toilet facility within our hired space.

The reception staff, the admin staff and the bar staff and the person on duty for our evening were great. Everything ran to time and they were very accommodating and friendly with out guests. We were even asked for a colour theme to our event so as the lighting would fit in with the decor! It is a great venue, very smart and well placed near two main line train stations and lots of bus routes. Thanks especially to Amy and Kasey who went above and beyond in order to help us achieve such a successful party, our guests, and the birthday girl - our 95 year old mother, will remember for a long time to come.

Update photo of the jubilee hall,
Coming along nicely will be complete by the weekend ready for all the party bookings and Christmas parties!

Over the next 10 days we are happy to say the jubilee hall is being transformed.
The old red carpet is being removed to allow for a beautiful wooden floor. We hope this will refresh the hall and allow more uses such as dance classes and more children’s parties. We will add more photos as the works progress.

Great news for all our swim school parents who visit on a saturday! We have organised Beats & Grinds coffee van to be set up on Saturday mornings on the plaza just outside the leisure centre so parents can get a coffee while the children swim or on the way home.
