Well what a day we have had. We were delighted to have been asked to cater for the lovely Luke and Jordan Botwright on their special day. They chose an Italian theme so we went all out. It was such a fun menu to prepare and looked full of colour and freshness on the table.

I am so super proud of our little team this week. James and Beth’s wedding was lovely and we had so much fun being their chosen caterers. Canapés to start, a big banquet style buffet and evening snacks of sausages and chips.
The theme was hobbits, mythical and magic and it was beautiful. Table place dressings are our own and available to hire. The buffet table decor is also our own and most of it home made by my daughters fair hands. Our lovely friend Rachel dressed our table for us so we could carry on food preparations. Didn’t she do an amazing job. As usual we forgot pictures of the desserts or evening food 🤦🏻‍♀️ we are so good at this.

We had the honour of providing a birthday private dining in an air b&b , with a few various courses and selection of meals for 12 people. All delivered to their door.

We had the pleasure on Sunday to cater a BBQ event for Graham on his 80th birthday. The weather was beautiful and we got to play with our new oil drum smoker. It works a treat, we cannot wait to use it all summer.

Here at L&G we understand how hard sorting funerals can be on all the family.

So because of this we have decided to put together a set menu with a set price.

This would be used for all funerals to save all the usual questions and formality's. All you would need to do is tell us when , where and how many people. An then we will sort the rest.

L&G had our annual getaway this weekend and went to a wine tasting night. So obviously we had to take a bit of food with us. Not up to our usual high standards but on the fly with what we had available we knocked up a few trays of tasty treats.

The most beautiful wedding for this amazing couple. We had the honour of catering and decorating the room for Mr and Mrs Clent yesterday.
We have to admit we loved the theme as it tied in so well with this time of year.

We decorated the room with Burnt orange and Autumnal things to bring it all together, then a buffet of food with a few extra's from the mother of Bride. With the Bride being Czech they wanted to bring some of their recipes of their own. We didn't realise how much you could love some dips, we have already requested the recipe.

We had the honour of preparing a little buffet for a wake this week.
We know that it can be stressful and a difficult time for family members so the menu is simple and reasonably priced. You just tell us how many, the time and where we are going and it will be there on arrival.

L&G catering had the honour of feeding Kelly Matthews and Scott’s guests yesterday for their lovely little boys christening.
We provided a mixture of hot and hold buffet options, all home made. They opted for curries, hot pork baps, chicken drumsticks, quiches, scotch eggs, a large cheese and grazing board, with a selection of sides.
