We are delighted to share with you today, a sneak peek from the recent styled shoot we held at The Guildhall a few weeks ago. The brief was to show The Guildhall set-up in her full potential so couples could see what exactly is possible when booking it as their wedding venue!

The chamber was totally transformed into an elegant, candle lit space filled with the scent of beautiful fresh blooms. We are looking forward to sharing more images with you in due course, so watch this space!

A huge thank you to our beautiful models and the wonderful wedding suppliers, both local and slightly further a field, for giving up your time to collaborate with us!

Do you and your partner think you might have what it takes to be the fresh new faces in The Guildhall's new marketing campaign?

We will be putting together a styled shoot at The Guildhall, which will take place on 18th April 2024 between the hours of 10am and 3pm.

Working together with some incredible local businesses, all you'll both need to do on the day is stand around and look pretty whilst we rush around to capture it all!

This might suit a student/s or a young model couple looking for a portfolio of new images or even an older couple looking to re-live their special day. Either way, you will receive all the images from the day in high-resolution to be used in a personal capacity.*

Welcome to The Guildhall, Lyme Regis! A beautiful venue in which to get married with the beautiful Lyme Bay as a backdrop!

The history of The Guildhall can be traced back as far as the Stuart period. The main chamber with its curved ceiling and coat of arms was once the local court and the main body of the building, including the Mayor's Parlour, was built in 1887 on the site of the town's lock-up.

These days, The Guildhall is where the council holds its meetings, although it is also available to hire, primarily to community groups who can use the space for free.

If you are thinking about getting married in Lyme Regis then please get in touch! We'd be happy to give you a tour so you can see if it might be an option for your special day!
