Yesterday I did my first ever cold water dip with .wildboarclough 🥶💦

It was amazing!!

1000% out of my comfort zone, I’m so proud of myself.

Nat was so welcoming 💛 I can’t wait for the next one!

Stop over thinking or worrying: Start journaling!

Journaling is great for getting the worries out of your head. When they start in your head, your imagination takes over them and turns them into something that can seem unmanageable or stressful, often causing anxiety.
When you have a worry, get your journal out.
• Write down the worry
•Write what you think about the worry
•Write down what you are feeling in that moment
•Assess whether you want to face that worry at that moment or leave it for another time
•If you would like to face it, write down what you can do about it
•If your unable to do anything write that down in BIG letters and chose to leave it for the moment

It can be useful to carry a pocket journal to get out whenever you need to or if you’d prefer, have one somewhere at home that you can use to reflect on your worries in the day.
Remember, You can be in control!
