2025 winners of the Best Heritage Venue in Kent goes to…

Our incredible partner venue 🎉

They may outsource their coordination service to us but we were welcomed into the family there nearly three years ago and are very much part of the team.

This award is testament to some pretty big goals we set a few years ago, lots of hard work, plenty of passion and incredible team work.

We couldn’t be prouder, it’s a super special place and so rightly recognised for everything it offers 💖

By the way - we were on the judging panel but of course we didn’t judge this category of any other venue category - last night was a wonderful surprise for us and the headaches today reflect the celebration we had 🎉💖

Big congratulations to all the finalists, highly commended and winners and big congrats to the team for putting on such an amazing event.

Merry Christmas from all of us to all of you 💖

This year we have been terrible at posting photos, awful at sharing others posts and rubbish at coming up with content BUT we did help 82 AMAZING couples to have an AMAZING wedding day.

Thank you to and for trusting us to look after all their couples for another year and thank you to all the couples that chose to hire us to coordinate their wedding for them.

Big shoutout to all our supplier friends old and new - we hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones.

Yay! So proud that has been named as a finalist in the for Heritage Venue of the Year 💖
We have been providing our coordination service to Goodnestone Park for a few years and while the coordination service is outsourced to us we are very much part of the team and have loved working with everyone there to build what we believe to be a one of kind wedding offering in Kent. We look after all the couples from the moment they book right up to the first dance on the night.

For absolute transparency- yes we are on the panel of judges this year but we were NOT selected to judge the venue categories for obvious reasons and we were thrilled to see the announcements today like everyone else. have done an amazing job since taking over the awards to ensure a clear, transparent and fair judging process and we couldn’t be prouder to be asked to join the panel.

Good luck to everyone that made the final - we can’t wait to celebrate with you all in January 🎉

Every year we take on a small amount of full planning clients - who we help right from the beginning of their planning journey - we never take on more than a few as we want to be able to give every couple 100% and with such a busy coordination diary it’s really important we don’t stretch ourselves and to be frank - burn out from wedding overload!

Last month saw R & N get married at and in our role as wedding planner we brought together all their ideas to design a day that was super stylish, super chilled and loads of fun.

We took the brief of creating an Ibiza vibe and managed to bring the summer sun too

Another shock closure of a Kent Wedding Venue today 😔

Our thoughts go out to all the couples that have had their wedding cancelled at Lympne Castle.

If you have been affected or know anyone that has - this super special venue where we are resident coordinators has availability this summer and next.

While it isn’t a castle, Goodnestone Park is rich in history and the views are amazing - we would love to be able to help couples get excited again and to help them have the most amazing wedding day.

Goodnestone is just over 30 minutes from Lympne Castle so not too far away for anyone looking to stay as close as possible to the original plans.

Must have experience managing large scale weddings and events, live in Kent and enjoy working long but extremely rewarding days!

This opportunity will start on a free lance basis and you must be able to guarantee working 2 Saturdays per month for the 2022 wedding season (May-Oct)

This is going to cause so much stress at what should be a happy time

We met the owners of this gorgeous barn last year and they have been flat out getting this unused space restored so that couples can have the most amazing wedding ceremony and celebration here.
