Hi everyone,
We have been a little quiet lately whilst we are working on a project that we will be sharing with you this week and we are really hoping you will get involved in it with us!
In the meantime whilst we finalise the little details we thought we would introduce ourselves properly ☺️
We are Clinton and Kelsey, the couple behind the trailer hatch. Clinton is the Chef with over 20 years experience in the catering industry and has all the bright ideas of bringing the food to life for you all to enjoy! And I am Kelsey, I help behind the scenes with all the other bits and pieces that go into creating our business, you will on some occasions see me at events helping out too. I work in retail so I can be a little handy sometimes 😆
It started with a comment from one of our children and eventually we spoke about options and decided why not try to give it ago, the passion and drive is there and the food will speak for itself and here we are! Clinton now has a reputation as ‘The Yorkshire Pudding Man’ 😂 which is great! Although we can do a big range of foods it seems to be the popular option!
So thank you to each and everyone of you for liking our page, following us, trying our food, recommending us and just talking about us!
We cannot wait to go on a journey with you! Please keep liking and sharing 👍🏼 and watch this space for what’s to come! 🖤

Our amazing chef has been busy behind the scenes designing and making our very own Aromatic Spicy Tomato Ketchup!
We have a few test bottles here we are trialling and will be Coming Soon to you!
