❗️BOOKING POLICY❗️

😕 It is with regret, that due to cancellations at short notice, I’m afraid I will have to introduce a non-refundable deposit policy to my business account.

💭This decision has not been taken lightly, however I have had an increase in cancellations, sometimes with less than 24 hours notice or where clients have forgotten to let me know that they have had to cancel their party! 🙃
Apart from a loss of business on these days, I have also had to refuse other previous enquiries.

🗓️On booking, I will now request a 20%, non- refundable deposit. Please also note that your date and time will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received!

🌈 I hope you understand my need to implement this.

🏰 Because the bouncy castle hire company has said “No face paints allowed” and clients are then left having to pay for both services, but can only use one!

✨However, there is no need to panic if your child wants face painting and a bouncy castle, because the SOLUTION is…

1️⃣ Book your Face Painter first.

2️⃣ Ask for recommended Bouncy Castle hire companies.

3️⃣ Double check their T&C’s on face paint before booking.

⭐️ These three steps will save you from making the costly mistake of having to cancel a service on the day, and guarantee party success!
