Hey guys

The Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge is fast approaching and I’m well on my way on my weight loss journey

After years of “black clothes only” I’m finally at the point where I now wear bright colours, for the first time in 20 years!

I feel much healthier, happier and everything is falling into place in my personal life

Before I found Andys Man Club I was a mess.

Now I’m happy with how I look, happy in a relationship with someone who genuinely believes in me and encourages and helps every day without fail and I owe it all to AMC

We are back this Christmas for what is sure to be a sold out event!

December 21st at StMarys Club Billinge we will celebrate another amazing year of fundraising, raising money on the night for Andys Man Club

Tickets: £15 per person (this includes a free bingo book upgrade, same as last Xmas)

You will be entitled to a full book of 6 tickets per game of Party Bingo

On the night we will have our usual raffle and cash game (optional extras in return for donations)

Tickets will officially go on sale 27th May at 7pm - but group members of our group Party Bingo can purchase their Xmas tickets any time from now (group members get priority as usual ❤️)

We will update in the group when we are 1/4 sold out, then 1/2 sold out, then when we have 50 tickets remaining and then when we’re sold out.

When we are sold out; we will not be able to sell any more tickets.

Please get those group chats started, pick a lead booker and inbox us when you’re ready x join the group for early access to tickets x

Venue: St Mary’s Parish Centre

Doors open: 6.30 (with music playing and bar open)
Last Entry: 7.15
Show ends: 11.30-11.45pm

If not all of your party are able to attend, feel free to sell on your tickets, however it is the original ticket holders obligation to inform us of any name changes. If we aren’t updated with ticket information we will not have a seating plan for the new ticket holders.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the show we are unable to offer refunds. If you need to sell on tickets we would advise using Facebook community groups that allow sales.

On the door please give the name of the person who booked the tickets, we will then direct you to your seats

Late Arrivals: late arrivals will be required to locate their own pre booked table and wait until the next break to collect their tickets from the DJs

If you arrive during game 1, you will be required to wait until after game 1 is finished to collect your tickets. Due to this, please arrive between 6.30-7.15 to ensure you are settled ready for eyes down at 7.30pm.

You are entitled to 3 tickets per game, 2 games in total with 6 total prizes.

You are able to upgrade your tickets to a full book of 6 tickets per game for a £5 cash donation to Andy’s Man Club

BONUS CASH GAME: We will be hosting a bonus cash game where it’s a straight house, first to shout house wins.
The winner will win half of the pot, the other half goes to the chosen charity 🙂
£5 per strip of 6 tickets. There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase.

Prizes: Our prize pool contains a variety of amazing gifts and experiences.

Material Prizes: The prizes are of full working order in an unopened box. Once the prize has been issued to the winner DS Entertainment Services are no longer responsible for damages.

If the prize winner is unable to transport the prize home after the event, a member of DS Entertainment Service will deliver this prize to your doorstep free of charge the following day (if in 15 mile radius of the venue. Outside of this area will still be entitled to free delivery although this may be at a later date.

Experience Days: The experience day prizes each have individual expiry dates. It is the of the responsibility of the winners to ensure they book their experience day prior to expiring.

Raffle: We will be hosting a raffle on the night to raise extra donations and awareness of our chosen charity. Raffle tickets are £5 per a strip of 5 tickets.

Or you can purchase 3 strips of tickets for £10

This gives you 5 chances of winning (or 15)

There is no limit on how many strips you purchase. The prizes can be seen before your raffle ticket purchases. The prizes follow the same terms as Bingo prizes.
Winners will be chosen throughout the night, stuttered from start to finish. Meaning you will not need to wait until last orders to win a raffle prize.

Chosen charity:

Our chosen charity for cash donations is Andy’s Man Club which is a charity attempting to end stigma of male mental health and hosts weekly talking groups all across the country.

Non Attendance: All ticket sales are final. In the event of non-attendance without prior notice the person(s) forfeits their stake.

Multiple Winners: Due to the nature of the prizes given, it isn’t possible to share the prizes. In the event of a tie break we will host fun tie break games… winner takes all.

This is the reason Andys Man Club means so much to us, hence why we decided to dedicate 2 shows to raising money, but more importantly awareness to this amazing charity.

Without AMC, Party Bingo wouldn’t have gone ahead this Christmas.

Thanks to the amazing people at StMarys Club Billinge last night we raised lots of money, and will continue to do so at John Alker Club on 16th December for our last ever show.

After last nights show I received so much positive feedback, so much support and several men have vouched to go to their local AMC.

Without you guys, Party Bingo wouldn’t be anywhere near as entertaining…. So from the bottom of my heart… thank you.

If you’ve ever walked through our doors, danced on our floors, sang from your chair and joined in with the banter…. Thank you.

So, next stop….. 16th December.

The prizes have been purchased, the venue is ready and waiting for us….. if you’d like to come please inbox us as soon as possible.

You and your friends will have a pre booked table and all you’ll need to do is arrive, tell us the name of the lead booker and we will show you to your tables…… it’s as simple as that.
