Stunning photos of Kim & Chris’ beautiful Hope Mill Theatre wedding to cheer us up on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It’s been a very busy two weeks, spinning 1000 plates (just how I like it) with the familiar mixing pot of half-term and navigating all of the incredible weddings and events we are fast-approaching. Loving seeing all of the weddings so far this season and the incredible 2024 style.

It’s been great meeting lots of couples in the new studio too, the first season in our glorious space (miss you though, 🤍) lovely, calm energy in there, it’s such an honour to be so involved in your day and to get to know you so, so well.

Thank you - once again - for your support and belief in F & V, without you, it simply wouldn’t be and as each season rolls around, I have that thunderbolt moment, as we approach the months of utterly divine carnage, and feel so lucky and so humbled. The love is very real, thank you 🫶🏼

Has Spring finallllly sprung?! Hasn’t it been a long time coming? I am so, soooooo happy when I see the sunshine. The excitement of something new; a new season, fresh ideas and new chapters; leave those dark, miserable months behind - out with everything that no longer serves us. Instead, we can find so much happiness in those bright, sunny days with lots of fun, love and travel, celebrated with an army of incredible family and friends ….and, of course it’s ……. THE START OF THE WEDDING SEASON.

I mean, when I say season, our first event was actually in January BUT the next few months are going to be wiiiiilllldddd and we are so here for it! So lucky and so grateful that you choose F & V time and again. We really have the best job in.the.world. Thank you so much for your patience as we enter the Wild West months too- that means so, so much and we are sending love (and energy) to every single wedding supplier out there! You’re incredible!

Manchester…. oh.how.you.have.my.heart. You never fail to disappoint and you ALWAYS manage to uplift, excite and take my breath away. Such an effervescent atmosphere. What a place to call home.

I love working and styling in some of Manchester’s best gems and this is another prime example; the incredible Ducie Street Warehouse.

Skyline views, industrial architecture, a room full of gorgeous creatives and torrential rain. Can only mean one thing; a beautiful styled shoot, in the heart of our beaut Manc, expertly hosted by the stylish Climat.

Ruth & Phil’s wedding at the incredibly stylish .

We had an absolute ball coordinating and styling their day at this spectacular venue. Fantastic team, lots of fun, so much laughter, many, many time-lapse films (you know how I just love those 🥴) and one of the best playlists I’ve ever heard in.my.life.

You were just pure delight- like we had known each-other for years and years and I very much hope that our paths cross again. The love that day was phenomenal.

There really aren’t enough superlatives to describe this venue, it’s unapologetically off the scale, in every way. The staff are iconic, their hospitality, the whole vibe of the building, the colours, the textures, the glass brick, the atmosphere; it’s electric and we just CANNOT get enough of it!

Liz & Phill’s wedding was a sight to behold, the impactful, tonal colours and delicious textures and ohhhhhh SO.MUCH.FUN. We genuinely don’t want to leave our On-The-Day Coordinations, we want to stay and party and we usually get asked to! What a gem.

Thanks for having us, a stunning day in every single way. Liz and Phill and their two gorgeous dogs even made it to the opening of the Florence & Vera studio/ shop. Bonded for life 🫶🏼

The truly glorious Didsbury House Hotel.

We LOVE styling this venue and if you’ve never been - you need to go just to experience the scent of the place! It’s amazing. Gorgeous owners and staff, the most incredible friendly warmth hits you, as you walk through the door.

Florence & Vera Events did our very first wedding here years ago and we have been true friends ever since. I can’t thank them enough for the support they have shown us as a business and for inviting us back every year to their Open Day showcase. We were lucky enough to be invited to their phenomenal 21st birthday party there last year, which was simply amazing too. We really love the venue, it’s got a place in our hearts and you’ll find it nestled right in the heart of leafy Didsbury.
