Once again it is that time of year when at Gem’s Trading Co we batten down the hatches, tuck everything up tight for winter, get ready for the annual stock take and prepare for the long winter nights and make lots of lovely stuff ready for the next l.a.r.p. season.
This year has been a fun whirlwind of events and we have enjoyed every one of them so thanks for having us to Beyond Ragnarök, Herofest, Empire, Curious Pastimes, LarpCon and What’s Your Game we look forward to next year’s season and seeing you all again!

Hello everyone!

We had A lovely time at our last set of events which included Curious Pastimes fayre, Empire Spring equinox and Orion’s Sphere l.a.r.p. the weather has definitely improved since the beginning of the year thank the gods!

We got back very late from a really eventful weekend at herofest, where myself and Harm's witnessed a huge may queen mosh 😆 and the northern lights all in one weekend, sadly we had to dash off home a little earlier than usual to avoid another weather warning, but we had a good time 🙂 and we're looking forward to the next one

We've just finished setting up at Curious Pastimes event 1 and looking forward to seeing you all! 😁
We've loads of new stock from fantastic makers as well as a couple of highlighted lines which are new: armour repair staplers and coreless surgery kits in rolls.
There are many new unique weapons from both Medlock Armoury and Hack and Slash as well as plenty of costume items, armour and many pouches ect.
We've also got some crossbows.. we've got tonnes of stuff!

We have just recovered from a lovely weekend at our to the first Empire event of the year Winter Solstice! it was so much fun and next weekend we are on our way to Curious pastimes first event of 2024!

We have just recovered from a lovely weekend at our first event of the year Beyond Ragnarok 😊, It was really nice to be back in a field and seeing lots of nice people we haven’t seen for over the winter.

We have noticed over the last few years the L.A.R.P. hobby has attracted allot of new players and we also know that posting out bulky larp kit is pricy so we thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know about our long standing “FREE to pick up from an event” postage option.

All you need to do is –
1. Check we are trading at the event you would like to pick your order up at by looking on our “Events” page - www.larpgems.com/events.com

2. If we are trading at your event place the order on our web shop www.larpgems.com and select the postage option “pick up from Gem’s Trading Co” (this postage option will not charge you for P&p).

3. Then place a message in the extra comments box stating which event you would like to pick your order up at, and we will reserve your items and they will be waiting for you at your chosen event.
