Starting with a mouthful of perfection with our crab croque monsieur! These really are not to be missed and fab to enjoy in the garden with a chilled glass of rose! 🦀 😋
To start we have a newbie this week a royally wonderful queen scallop and girolles mushroom tartlet. 🍄 A debut dish destined for stardom! 🌟😋
For a marve main we have a TFC fave, swordfish steak with a chorizo, saffron and pepper compote. Yuuummmmy! 🤤🤤
A Sunday spectacular fit for the Wimbledon final! 🎾(You can actually eat this on Saturday, we don’t mind!! 😉) So here it is, a fabulous roasted corn-fed chicken stuffed with toasted almonds, roasted onions, pickled lemon and coriander, lemon scented gravy with saffron potatoes and vegetable tagine. 🍋🌿🧅Delicious! Followed by a gorgeous vanilla panacotta and strawberry compote 🍓! Yum, yum, yum.
Same as last week, we have more treats and some cost less than a tenner! Amaze! 🎉 A Friday night fave of silken chicken curry marinated in yougurt and spices and served with basmati rice, our wonderful porc Normande, served with mash, a beautiful Moroccan veggie tagine served with saffron rice and finally our lemon and parsley baked haddock with pommes frites! Tip top tasty treats! 😊😋😊🤤
As always we have delish desserts, fantabulous fruits de mer, scrummy sides, fantastic fromages, whole pates, whole quiches and lot, lots more! 🤩🦀🦞🦐🦪 🧀🍋🤩😋🤤
