Some of you may already know that I have decided my time with The Rhubarb Kitchen has come to an end. This business has been my heart and soul for 5 years and it has been extremely profitable, has generated a significant amount of income and has no debt.
A change to our family circumstances and where my time is needed more, and the fact that I believe Rhubarb is ready for some new blood (not literally!) has lead me to here.
Someone who can take it to the next level.
HOWEVER - I totally get that there may be someone out there looking at this post and thinking I love it but couldn't afford to buy or I love the space but would want to open up as a cafe, not use the space purely for external catering events.
HERE ARE THE OPTIONS:
1. You could buy Rhubarb Kitchen as a business. This would include EVERYTHING within my two kitchens which includes
TWO SMEG OVENS
TWO DISHWASHERS
ALL MAJOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES
THREE FRIDGES PLUS A BLAST CHILLER
ALL THE UTENSILS, PACKAGING AND BITS AND PIECES FOR A CAFE/TAKEWAY/COOKERY COURSE
A BRAND NEW GAZEBO
EVEN MAYBE THE RHUBARBMOBILE - my branded SKODA that I use to transport food to events
My beautifully designed SEO centred website, social accounts etc...
There would be a fully flexible and extremely reasonable lease available with my Landlord for as long a term as you wanted
I'm very happy to negotiate on a very reasonable price, payment plans etc. I know what it was like when I first set up and how costly it is (which is why this is an amazing opportunity as it has everything already paid for outright).

2. If you love the space but don't want to run with Rhubarb as a business, then you could literally rent the building from my Landlord AND RENT OR BUY the fixtures fittings and assets from me, Then you could set it up as your own.
The space is ready to go tomorrow. It has everything you could need and more.
There are NO rates to pay in Wirksworth and my overheads are tiny.
As I said, this place is a little goldmine.
I do really need to make this move (there are lots of reasons why) and there is nothing more I would love to see than someone else doing their thing and continuing the creative vibe and lovely feel the space has.
