"Exceeded expectations! Recommend.
Loved our recent stay. Room 5 is gorgeous with beautiful decor, very spacious with superb bathroom with large walk in shower. Everything you could possibly need provided. Comfortable large bed and spotless. In fact the whole public areas are really beautifully presented. Friendly staff. Was concerned we had not been told that on Wednesdays you eat at the sister hotel across the road. Actually need not have worried as the served us a really tasty meal in elegant dining room. Breakfasts are delicious and a nice menu with plenty tea and coffee . Melrose is a pretty border town with lovely walks along the banks of Tweed. Some lovely shops too if that is your thing." Great to get off the mark today at Rutherford beat on the river Tweed.
What a fab day to be out doing what you love & catching a beautiful fresh Spring Atlantic Salmon is an added bonus.
There’s a few fish about now so definitely a good time to get a day or two booked on a local beat and obviously a couple of nights stay at the Townhouse 😂👍🎣
