We’re excited to announce that we have officially moved to Pera Business Park in Melton Mowbray!

After outgrowing our home office, this new space will allow us to better support our expanding operations and enhance our services for clients and partners.

We did it!

We are winners of the Rural StartUp of the Year 2024, at last night’s final!

Having won in our region, we headed to last night to see if we could bag the national award, and we can’t quite believe it, but we did!

A big thank you to our clients who have trusted us with the opportunity to prove ourselves, as we continue to grow and who we absolutely love working with. We also want to thank our team of professional event specialists, who we consider to be great friends too, and who have been instrumental in helping us provide top notch events, with seamless ex*****on and premium results.

We’re definitely going to be celebrating this weekend!

Wow, what a bank holiday weekend…He (just about) did it!

Gareth Bright finally took on the epic 12-hour Dawn to Dusk race at Walters Arena, in Wales, and let’s just say it was a wild ride. With our busiest season ever at Woodcote Events, he barely had time to train, but he wasn’t about to back out. And then, of course, the weather decided to throw in some extra challenges with the worst conditions they’ve had in 20 years!

Gareth powered through 3 brutal 16-mile laps, even after falling off the bike nearly 20 times, and a possible fractured rib. At one point, he accidentally tackled one of the most extreme sections of the course and kept getting thrown off by other riders passing by and the sheer vertical climbs that caused him to ‘roly-poly’ over his bike. We had a few moments where he was ready to call it quits after the first lap, but some pep talks and sheer determination got him back on track.

A massive shoutout to Virgil Stevenson, Gareth’s teammate, who nailed 10 laps like the pro he is, and to our incredible sponsors: Craig Buckle at Mowbray Fireplaces, Steve Corbett of Smart Fire Safety Ltd, and LS2 Helmets United Kingdom. And our fans. Your support kept us going!

Thanks also to Trev Hoggard and Danny Lavill for joining us for the ride. You guys did brilliantly!

No thanks to event organiser and our good friend, Nick Plumb, for scaring the living daylights out of Gareth by saying the practice lap was the easiest bit!

Finishing 37th out of 192 racers for the 12-hr class isn’t too shabby, especially considering the circumstances. Gareth might’ve been out of his comfort zone, but he proved that with a bit of grit (and a lot of mud), anything’s possible.

It’s a wrap!

Today was the last Royal Enfield City Tour of 2024.

Thanks to the last group of riders who obliged for a commemorative photo. We’ve enjoyed every minute of delivering this event. Such friendly customers, great locations across the country and a great team of Royal Enfield representatives, dealers and, of course, our Woodcote professional riders. Thank you!

We’re sad it’s come to an end for this year. We can’t wait to see what 2025 brings…

When Bentley Motors and Ducati join forces, a masterpiece is born…

The stunning, limited edition Diavel for Bentley and Diavel for Bentley Mulliner were recently revealed to the soon-to-be UK owners.

One of our Directors, Jo, was lucky enough to project manage the exclusive unveiling, at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe a few weeks ago.

Guests experienced a cocktail reception, gala dinner, an inspiring presentation from the Bentley and Ducati designers, as well as an exclusive factory tour.

An evening of unwavering excellence and luxurious design standards, we were delighted to take care of the guests from the initial invitation through to ensuring their experience was a memorable one.

It’s already been a week since our team of 9 descended upon the ABR Festival 2024.

We were representing 2 clients; Royal Enfield UK and Lukas Distribution, managing their off-road and road demo rides, via 3 teams.

The days were long but the joy of being at such a belter of an event far outweighed the early morning starts.

Thanks to our team of superstars who delivered professional rides and great customer service, and to our clients for giving us the opportunity. We delivered over 1,000 demo rides between us all.

It certainly won’t be our last ABR. We loved it!

Here it is - our first exhibition stand as Woodcote Events.

What a weekend!

We were the team behind the Scrambler Ducati stand at the hugely popular The Bike Shed Moto Show 2024, where a press reveal of two concept scramblers took place on Friday 24th May.

A collaboration of effort with our client and Protec European Events to deliver a stage for the talented designers from the Ducati team, so they could reveal their creations.

Also on the stand was the talented Tom Fuller from Image Design Custom Ltd putting his work unique style and stamp on a Scrambler Icon.

Not only that, but Jo was on hand all weekend, gathering feedback on the concepts and talking to the thousands of visitors that came through the doors.
