COMPETITION TIME!!

We are going to run a competition between now and when tickets go on sale on Sunday.

What we want to see is the best photo you have ever taken in Air Nightclub (ideally with you in it but not essential).

We are going to limit this to 2 entries per person to keep the quality high.

The winner wins 2 x tickets to Back to Air in August, also we will print the picture off, have it signed by the artists and get a meet and greet set up for you too.

All you need to do is:

* Post the best pic you ever took inside Air (2 x max)
* Like & Share the post
* Sign up to the event at www.backtoair.co.uk

We will take this comp off air an hour before sign ups end on Sunday (midday) so do your best over the weekend!

It's been a bit of a busy past week for everyone what with Lumi and Glasto hasn't it! We hope everyone had a good time and made it home in one piece?!

With that in mind, we have decided to extend the sign up period for the August Bank Holiday event to Sunday so if you have not signed up yet, you have a few extra days to do so to ensure you have priority access to tickets.

STATEMENT - BACK TO AIR CHRISTMAS REUNION PARTY

Due to the ever increasing Covid-19 Omnicron variant situation, it is with a heavy heart we must unfortunately reschedule the 27th December Back To Air : Christmas Special (Full Venue Transformation) to a new date. Despite our best efforts and hope for an update change on rules, unfortunately things have not played out our way and is therefore still proving impossible to bring in our international guests so close to Christmas. With Covid rates going through the roof (and neighbouring UK countries announced as shutting nightclubs from the 27th) we feel it would be much safer all round to move to a late spring date which gives everything a chance to settle down to somewhere near the level of normality we had this summer and us the ability to deliver the event we want to.

Our new date is Easter Bank Holiday Sunday 17th April 2022. All Christmas Reunion tickets will automatically be transferred to the new event - you don't need to do anything. If anyone can’t make this date, there is a 14 day window to request a refund with skiddle. The good news is, the new Easter branded event is going to be even bigger than the Christmas party, with a few awesome tricks left up our sleeve yet! All December artists will be added to the event where schedules and concepts allow. Expect to see a big lineup announcement in the coming weeks.

Again, we can't apologise enough for this change but it is beyond our control. No-one is more disappointed than us and we do hope to see you all on April 17th 2022. Until then please stay safe and have an amazing Christmas and New Year.

Wow! Thank you to everyone that came down and supported our first Back To Air party yesterday. It was so lovely to see so many old faces and fantastic sets by all! Despite being up against it with hideous and severe weather conditions (with near and shocking 50% of tickets a no show as a result!) we hope we still managed to deliver a reunion to be proud of. For those that couldn’t get to us, we are so sorry but rest assured on December 27th we will be taking it up to level 10 with a full venue takeover. Until then hope the hang overs aren’t too horrific and see you all again after a wonderful Christmas 🎅🏼

Tonight we pay homage to the residents.

Many memories have been made by headline artists but the residents are the very foundation of any successful brand. The unsung heroes. The guys tasked with playing the most difficult set of the night (the warm up set) or given the graveyard shift.

Equally they are tasked with representing the brand and often build up the highest affinity with the regular crowd.

With that, we pay homage:

And we’re down to the final week, literally 5 days to go now until we launch the Back to Air series!

Today we take a look at our other headliner, a certain Jordan Suckley. A man who is no stranger to the Air faithful.

From early appearances for Hard House brand Polysexual to blistering performances for the much-loved Godskitchen brand following that, it’s fair to say he is a welcome addition.

Don’t forget to get down nice and early on Saturday to come and have a look around and bring your dancing shoes.

The name stalwart gets thrown around a lot but not many can claim to have the same affinity to a brand as AJ Gibson does to Air and the Birmingham scene.

Literally there from the beginning. And we are thrilled to have him back and involved with our project.

Just under two weeks to go til we roll back the years and venture back onto hallowed ground.

This past weekend a brand new (and LOUD I will add!) L’Acoustics sound system has been fitted which purrs like a tiger and new lighting, fixtures, plus we’ll be bringing some additions of our own too.

Down to last few tickets now with it being a limited capacity so if you want in, now’s the time!
