Big shout out to our regular client Przemek who challenged himself to commit to the diet delivered by us, training regime and cardio since the beginning of the year in order to be in his best shape and condition for the upcoming football tournament season that he plays in! Last weekend his team came second in the first leg of the tournament (lost in penalties) and his form was excellent!
