The countdown is on for fixture release day!
This is when we will find out when Morecambe FC will be playing matches at home and away.

Why do we need this information so badly?
Morecambe playing away matches means the Mazuma Stadium will be free for a full weekend so we can hire the venue for our annual 'Indoor Christmas Market at Mazuma Stadium'

This will be our 3rd year hosting this event and of course, like every year we will make it bigger and better!

Let us know in the comments below what you want us to change and what we should keep the same, what we can add to make the experience even more wonderful and what you've enjoyed from previous years!

We will announce in just under 2 weeks what day the Christmas Market will be and will have application forms ready to send out for those that request them.

It's been over a week now since we hosted the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024

What a fabulous day it was! The footfall was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for better weather 😊

Thank you to all the brilliant stall holders who joined us with their wonderful products and thank you to all the customers who came yo see us 😀

Thank you Caton Gala for having us again and all for all the hard work that went into making the day a success!

Events by All Occasions will be working on reduced hours from now until October but dont worry, we won't dissappear completely!

We will of course be planning the Indoor Christmas Market at Mazuma Stadium as soon as we can confirm the date for you all. (This will be mid-late June when we find out when Morecambe FC will be playing at home & away.)
Once this date is confirmed (as it is our biggest event) we will then be able to tell you our other Christmas dates and open our applications and bookings 😀

That's our 24m x 6m Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024 going up as we speak! It's all taking shape down on the field now.

Tomorrow (Saturday 18th May) is Caton Gala where we will be once again hosting the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024!

We have a great day planned, Samba Espirito to kick start the parade, decorate your Olympic torch competition and fancy dress (Olympic theme) competition with prizes. Vale O' Lune Young Farmers Club are preforming a “Tractors in Action” display, there’s lots of food and drink stalls, The Station Hotel are bringing a bar 🍻, Bay Vets Ltd are holding a charity dog show in aid of Dogs for Good - UK, Events by All Occasions are running the huge craft marquee again, there’s the fairground, children’s races, Everysong Singers and LOTS more all hosted by the fabulous Danny Matthews and a massive thanks to Bluebird Care Lancaster & South Lakeland for being our main sponsor this year🎈

It may seem premature to be planning Autumn events now but in order to give customers the time they need to plan and book their seats, needs must!

I have been to The Piece Hall several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed but the variety of unique shops and restaurants.
With each visit I have thought it would be such a fabulous place to organise a coach trip to as it is quite literally a hidden gem!

What I'd like to know from you is... when should we go?!
We usually go to the Trafford Centre at the start of October, should we still do TC aswel or would you choose one over the other?

I really appreciate your feedback as these coach trips are ultimately for you!

HELP NEEDED*

Is there anyone that could help out putting the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024 up on Friday 17th May at around 4pm?

I know it's a big ask but these are the kind of things that have to happen behind the scenes in order to make the day run smoothly and I would really appreciate anyone that can lend us a hand.

The more hands on deck the easier and quicker it will be.
Any helpers will be well fed with pie and peas once its up 😋 so if you fancy supporting us and helping out that would be amazing! Please let us know asap 🙏

Not long to go now until Events by All Occasions host the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024

We always look forward to this event, it is definitely one of our favourites! Rain or shine we have an amazing day and this year will be no different 😊

We have over 20 fabulous artisan stalls all selling handcrafted goods made by local craftsmen and women, so make sure you come along on the day and see what's in store!

Is there anyone in the Morecambe area that would be interested in travelling by coach to and from Caton Gala on Saturday 18th May?

It's not a trip I was planning on organising but as I am hosting the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024 a couple of people mentioned on our last trip that they would love to attend.
The only way of travelling by public transport would be to get a bus to Morecambe town then to Lancaster and from Lancaster to Caton.

If I organised a coach it would leave Morecambe FC at at 11am, we could do a pick up at Toby Carvery and one on Lancaster Rd before the coach joins the bypass.

Arriving at Caton Gala by 11.30am in time for the gates to open to the public.

The return journey would do the same stops, leaving Caton at 3.30pm, arriving at Morecambe FC by 4pm.

Please let me know if this is something you'd potentially be interested.

Fabulous momma daughter day on the Cheshire Oaks Coach Trip!

It was all about the matching handbags, mocktails, delicious food and reaching for the sky for us ♡

Thank you everyone who came, I hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.
This was the 2nd year we have been to Cheshire Oaks and have lots of requests to make it an annual event so here's to many more ✨️

Today we are off on our Cheshire Oaks Coach Trip but whilst on the journey I will take this opportunity to remind everyone that our next event is at Caton Gala where we will be hosting the Artisan Marquee at Caton Gala 2024.

The event takes place on Saturday 18th May and is the biggest annual event in the Lune Valley.

There will be a parade, entertainment, fairground rides, food stalls, a bar/beer tent, lots of artisan stalls and facepainting!

If you would like to take part and have either a 6ft table inside the artisan marquee or bring your own gazebo and have an artisan stall alongside us then please message Events by All Occasions or email [email protected].

After posting yesterday that our Cheshire Oaks Coach Trip is full one of our attendees messaged me to say they could no long come.

We therefore have 2 seats available!

If you would like to join us next Saturday 13th April for only £17.50 per person please book by messaging Events by All Occasions ASAP.

We will be departing from Morecambe FC at 9.30am and doing a pick up from Park & Ride Lancaster at 9.45am.

We are due to arrive at Cheshire Oaks by 11.30am and will board the coach for our return journey at 4pm.

Beware of scammers* a couple of people have commented saying they have tickets available for this trip and to message them to buy their seats off them etc. This is a scam. Only ever book directly with Events by All Occasions for our events!

A post that feels so strange to be writing in April but due to the amount of enquiries I have received over the last few weeks alone it's become clear I need to publicly address this 🤭

I can confirm we will be back at Morecambe FC this year for another Indoor Christmas Market!

And not wanting to break our tradition, we will be bigger and better than last year, through trial and error we always strive to improve.

I understand 100% how important it is to be organised and as an event organiser, I need to be organised for traders to be organised. Which is why I always meet with Morecambe FC in January to pencil in dates for the pending year.

I currently have each weekend in November pencilled in the diary for the Big Indoor Christmas Market at Mazuma Stadium.
We can't confirm the date until we know which weekends Morecambe FC will be playing away matches and home matches which unfortunately isn't until June!

Rest assured that plans are being put in place and the annual event is already being planned but until the date is confirmed I can't disclose any more information.
Once the date is confirmed I will announce it here on Events by All Occasions main business page and will have an application process with a form ready to go.

Applicants will have 4 weeks to get their forms back to me and will be contacted the following week with an answer as to whether they have been successful in securing a stall space.

Using this application process is a decision I have made due to the amount of traders who have applied in previous years with very similar goods for sale and don't always feel that offering stalls on a first come first served basis is actually the fairest option.

I hope this post helps some of you traders out there who would like to join us this year whether its as a repeat trader or a newbie and i hope you're willing to bare with me during this process 😃

We will be at the Community Hall of Torrisholme Church of Ascension on Michealson Ave from 10.30am-3.30pm.

Happy Easter everyone!
Thank you to all who came along to the Caton Easter Fair yesterday. The stalls were amazing and stocked with fab products. (Take a look at all the photos and I'll tag the businesses below their stalls pics)
Big thank you to Miss Rosie from Lil Beatz Lancaster for coming and doing a taster dance class. The children loved it, there was some very enthusiastic dancers!

Tomorrow we will be at the Torrisholme Easter Coffee and Craft Activity Day in the community hall on Michealson Ave, Torrisholme, from 10.30am - 3.30pm so come along for more Easter fun!

This weekend is Easter and we have 2 fabulous events for you over the bank Holiday!

Saturday 30th March is Caton Easter Fair - Crafts, coffee, cake, activities and family fun. and Monday 1st April is Torrisholme Easter Coffee and Craft Activity Day.

At both events we will have lots of children's craft activities and a facepainter.

We will also have refreshments and cakes available at both so it's a perfect opportunity for families to come along and enjoy the day.

Thank you everyone that came to 'All Occasions CATON CHRISTMAS Arts & Crafts Fair' on Sunday! Public and stall holders!
Alot of time and effort was put into creating the wonderful products that were for sale, well done traders! 100s of customers came through the doors and spent over £1500 so thank you to each and every member of public for shopping local and supporting local businesses!
I'm so grateful to everyone that made the day as wonderful as it was! See you all again next year! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
