What a beautiful day for cycling! 😒 ☔️ 💨

Day 3 completed - 57 mile of wind and rain!

But we did it. Set off from stanstead this morning with just a bit of mist in the air but as the miles passed the rain came and the motivation to a hit. Especially when we missed our lunch stop but 2 miles so had to turn around AND with the amount of punchers the people had today - 15, 5 of which for one Sam Cross 😱

but we all powers through and after a quick shower and change. We are now all having a well deserved drink at the Bottle Kiln in Harwich

Day one complete (yesterday) 75miles

What a day it was! First mile was straight up St Michaels hill, not the best starts!! 😣

But the whole day was a big struggle both physically and definitely mentally.

Heavy legs and painful back issues. I had hit a brick wall!! Will see how tomorrow pans out 🤞

Evening all.

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone the donated last night for my fundraising cycle outside Cabot.

I got to meet and talk to lots of people and was able to listen to their stories which really help me push through the cold winds and my numb bum lol

Because of you all I was able to raise £158 which will be added to my just giving account asap and will go towards helping families through the hurt and worry that cancer can cause

But thanks to Young Lives vs Cancer and other amazing charities. Those terrible times in a persons/families life can be made just that little bit easier
