What a beautiful day for cycling! 😒 ☔️ 💨

Day 3 completed - 57 mile of wind and rain!

But we did it. Set off from stanstead this morning with just a bit of mist in the air but as the miles passed the rain came and the motivation to a hit. Especially when we missed our lunch stop but 2 miles so had to turn around AND with the amount of punchers the people had today - 15, 5 of which for one Sam Cross 😱

but we all powers through and after a quick shower and change. We are now all having a well deserved drink at the Bottle Kiln in Harwich

Day one complete (yesterday) 75miles

What a day it was! First mile was straight up St Michaels hill, not the best starts!! 😣

But the whole day was a big struggle both physically and definitely mentally.

Heavy legs and painful back issues. I had hit a brick wall!! Will see how tomorrow pans out 🤞

Feeling very thankful !!

Popped into The Landing Light after training last night and was told that the money they had raised for charity from there Christmas pub quiz was being donated to Young Lives vs Cancer through my cycling fundraising event.
