Strengthen your core and your pelvic floor by learning Pilates and Hypopressives.

Hypopressives is a great way to improve your breathing and posture which in turn helps your pelvic floor. Your pelvic floor should move with our breath and all of our movements, so if you’re just squeezing it all day with your Kegels and pelvic floor exercises - come along and learn how to relax it and get it moving in all its range (you might find it works on other areas as well)!

This class is suitable for beginners or if you’re returning to exercise, post natal, diastasis recti and prolapse friendly. Bring a mat, maybe a small cushion or hand towel and your water.
