🌲🔥 BBQ in the Heart of the New Forest! 🔥🌲

Today we had the absolute pleasure of firing up the grill in the stunning surroundings of The Brickyard, right in the middle of the beautiful New Forest! From vintage tractors to friendly horses, the setting couldn’t have been more perfect.

A huge thank you to Katie for inviting us — what an incredible venue and atmosphere to serve up some mouth-watering BBQ!

An early start today, left our home at 3am, back cooking for the Stephenson Group, this time in Leeds. The day began with a stop at my favourite bakery, just as the first loaves were coming out of the stone oven - nothing beats that aroma. Now we’re gearing up to fire the BBQ for 200 hungry workers. It’s going to be a big day! If you’re looking for the perfect catering for workers - we’re your company!

A few days ago, we had the great pleasure of cooking for an old friend, Racila Florin, founder of SylvianCare in Southampton – a company dedicated to providing compassionate home care for the elderly. 💛

This beautiful event was Florin’s heartfelt way of showing appreciation to his amazing team and bringing a moment of joy to the most special clients of all: the seniors who deserve all our care, love, and respect. 🧓👵

BBQ Vibes + Team Spirit = Unforgettable Day! 🍖❤️

Last Wednesday in London, we had the absolute pleasure of firing up the grill again for the amazing Stephenson Group, who once more chose to reward their fantastic team with a P&C Premier Barbecue experience 🔥

Over 160 happy faces, enjoying sizzling meats, golden baby potatoes, crispy fried chips, fresh salads, and of course… our signature ROST FRANKENSTEIN – the star of the show 👨‍🍳💥

We’re beyond grateful to Cosmin for trusting us again – it means the world to be part of moments like this, where food brings people together. 🙌
