Each year going back to when I worked at Morrisons, one of my lovely customers brings me four trugs/baskets to make arrangents in. This year the lady wanted deep purple flowers as the main colour. I am so pleased she likes them

Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping OK?. Since I closed the shop on the 1st August and worked from home, orders have steadily declined and I have now had to take on a full time job which I do Mon-Fri 9-5, so if anyone tries to contact me during these times, unfortunately I cannot answer so please leave a message. I am still passionate about flowers but due to the large cost of the minimum order from my amazing Dutch wholesaler and the alternative being an 80 mile round trip to Leicester or buy from supermarkets, I am struggling to make orders for next day or same day delivery so please try and give me as much notice as possible for orders. Today would have been 1 year that Flowers by Pamela opened on Chain Lane. It is a shame I am not still there and I am grateful for the time I had.

On the 1st November 2022 after being a supermarket florist for 3 years and with over 40 years of floristry experience, I opened my little shop on Chain Lane in Newark. On the 1st August 2023 I moved the business to my home and I am still loving being a florist. I am still taking orders and doing wedding and funeral flowers, just not located in the town centre for walk ins. Hello everyone, I miss seeing you all now that I am not at the shop and am working from home. Thank you to all my regular customers for your orders and it is much appreciated. With Christmas coming up fast, I see a lot of advertisements for Christmas wreath making classes, if this is something you would like me to do, please let me know, it would be mainly weekends though. Hi All. I no longer need or have room for this display stand that I had in the shop and I am looking to sell it. I bought it locally from Iguazu Fair-trade Shop, I'm unsure of the wood type. It is 1m 80 tall, 50cm wide and 30cm deep. It cost £150 when I purchased it new in August last year
