Miles For Margot: Complete 🏃‍♂️
In aid of the Great North Children’s Hospital, I have been running/walking 5k every day in July. are an amazing charity and have supported my good friends Simon & Helen during their families tough time. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. I have surpassed my target of £500 but I would love to edge a bit closer to £1,000. The charity do so much for families impacted, as well as the hospital’s staff.

I’d like to thank my amazing wife .mollon who has supported me all month and helped me make time to put the miles in.

I’d also like to say a huge thank you to my Mam and Dad, who in the winter of 1988, taught me how to walk. Undoubtedly a pivotal moment in my running career 😂😂😂

It’s been a tough month, and I feel like my ligaments have been replaced with blu-tac. But it has absolutely been worth it.
