It is with huge regret that this will be my last week cooking. It has been a really difficult decision to make as I do love what I do, all of my customers are such a wonderful group of people that I shall miss my Thursday delivery days immensely.

All my pies and lasagnes are generously filled with quality, and where possible, local ingredients. They are cooked fresh to order and so can be frozen and cook really well from frozen too. This week I can make everything gluten free (small 55p, medium 85p, large £2.30)

Well, shockingly I managed to dodge Covid, I'm not entirely sure how that happened, but very glad I did. To everyone who messaged me asking about Tim and myself, it was really wonderful, thank you so very much. Tim is all better now, so no more nights on the sofa for me!!!

Because the weather is moving swiftly into Spring I am now only going to be cooking every two weeks, I hope that is ok for everyone.

My pies and lasagnes are generously filled and cooked with quality, and where possible, local ingredients. As I cook to order each week they can be frozen and cook really well from frozen too. Well, what an incredible few days we've had with Eunice, she just doesn't want to leave us does she?! I hope everyone is ok and power cuts weren't too long and not too much damage. Thank you to everyone who reinstated electricity supply, cleared away fallen trees and generally helped, what an amazing bunch of people you all are.

As It's Veganuary this month I shall be making a vegan pie each week :)

All my pies are generously filled with quality, and where possible, local ingredients. My pies are freshly made to order each week so can be frozen and cook well from frozen too. This week I can make all varieties gluten free.

Hello Fellow Pie Lovers!

I just wanted to thank all my amazing customers for their custom and support this year, it has been an incredible twelve months, so thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have wonderful customers and have made some wonderful friendships. Who would have thought the love of pies could bring so much?!!

I wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas (whatever that might be) and all the very best for 2022.

It's my last week of pie making before Christmas, and in my madness, have decided to do six varieties this week! Why not buy a pie or two, chuck them in the freezer - a nice, homemade, no fuss meal for over the Christmas period?!

CHRISTMAS UPDATE!!

Just to let you know that I will be cooking for the next three weeks and will be making beef lasagnes next week, after multiple requests so they can be frozen for Christmas!

As it is December this week 😱 I'm also making Beef Wellingtons - tender beef fillet wrapped in brandy rich homemade chicken liver parfait, mushroom duxelles and wrapped in proscuitto ham and puff pastry

As with the pies, these will be made to order, last order date being 15th December with delivery on the 23rd December. These will freeze if you wanted something special for New Years Eve / Day.

I'm also making somehting sepcial for vegetairans / vegans for Christmas too - Beet Wellingtons - golden and red beetroots wrapped in a wild and chestnut mushroom pate, wrapped in savoy cabbage leaves and puff pastry. It looks stunning and tastes delicioous! I'm only making single versions of these for £7.00 each. Last order date 15th December and delivery 23rd December.
