Hi Everyone,
It is with huge regret that this will be my last week cooking. It has been a really difficult decision to make as I do love what I do, all of my customers are such a wonderful group of people that I shall miss my Thursday delivery days immensely.
All my pies and lasagnes are generously filled with quality, and where possible, local ingredients. They are cooked fresh to order and so can be frozen and cook really well from frozen too. This week I can make everything gluten free (small 55p, medium 85p, large £2.30)
So, with great sadness, for my final week I am cooking:
Chicken & Mushroom
Tender chicken with generous amounts of chestnut mushrooms finished with little half fat creme fraiche and parsley
