New business cards, almost too nice to hand out...ALMOST! Thank you all so much for your support so far. As you might know, word of mouth is a big aspect for bookings in this business, and we're glad it working for us, but the business cards do look fancy, don't they?! We had the pleasure of looking after a lovely family who were celebrating a 15th birthday together 🎈 Here, you'll see us plating 1 of our 5 starter options: Sweet whiskey glazed pork belly, with charred baby gem and burnt apple puree.

**Faces behind the food** An introduction to the team!

This is Chef Paul. He's the mastermind behind Copper Pot Kitchen. Paul is a trained chef, who, two years ago, saw a gap in the market, for a luxury catering company, and considering our busy schedule, it's fair to say, he was right! What started as him catering alone for a wedding from his Mam's kitchen, has now blossomed into a purposeful catering kitchen, a wonderful team, and unlimited ideas and foresight from the man himself.

To quote the wonderful stress expert and humourist, Loretta LaRoche, "Stressed spelled backwards is dessert". We try not to box ourselves in here at Copper Pot Kitchen. We have a lot of skills up the sleeves of our chef whites, and we aren't afraid to show them 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 Our aim is to remove the food related stress from the event your hosting, be it a small gathering of friends at your home, or a full family reunion. And sure look, when the stress is replaced with dessert, we're always onto a winner 🏅

I love nothing more than telling people that the jerk seasoning on the chicken is homemade when they ask where they can buy a bottle of it 🧴 We're big believers here at Copper Pot Kitchen that you shouldn't have to sacrifice quality to enjoy the benefits of catering. You know you've got a good vegetarian BBQ option when the meat eaters are asking for their own! Thanks to the lovely family from Belfast who we served tonight in . We're big fans of our homemade peach ketchup too 🍑
