Why do I ask customers to pay in advance?

- I ask all customers to pay in full and upfront when making an order. This secures your booking.

- All arrangements are made to order.

- Flowers and materials needed to make your arrangement are bought once your order is confirmed.

- Late or none payment stretches my limited financial resources.

- I accept cash or bank transfers, whichever is preferable to the customer.

- Only once payment is received, will I confirm that your order is booked in.

I have built up customer trust over the last few years since I started my business. I have repeat custom and lots of new customers making orders. My little business is growing in strength, getting bigger and better daily. This is all due to your help and support. I hope this post explains the reasons I ask for upfront payments and alleviates any concerns.
